My name is Natalie Kim, a UX and visual designer working in the field for over 7 years designing digital and physical experiences.
My passion lies in tackling big and thorny problems through empathy. I strive to make the system invisible and to make the complex simple by understanding users' goals and mental models.
Currently I’m defining partner and learner experience on the Content Experience & Teaching team at Coursera. During my time at the world’s leading ed-tech company, I've been in charge of the design of several fundamental projects -- among them content authoring tools, analytics dashboards, content rating system, and high-engagement learning & teaching . I care as deeply about the design process as I do the end result, and I strive to bring the culture of user empathy and artefact-driven rapid iteration to teams I work with.
