In 2012, when I was walking down a London street on a winter’s day, I saw a couple passionately hugging each other in the middle of the street. I was moved by their joy and affection, and at that moment I could see nothing but the couple in the busy street.
‘Embrace’, a two-colour A1 poster designed at the Royal College of Art, London, was my response to that experience.
The poster was printed on both side of 80 gsm paper, one colour on each side. When the poster reveals its whole picture in the light it evokes emotional reactions akin to that I felt when I saw the couple.
